We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and in original condition.
All packaging (pouch/box) should be included.
We cannot accept returns of:
Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)
Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty)
Gift cards
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours so we can fix the issue quickly.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@prettyandplagued.co.uk with:
Your order number
The item you want to return
Photos (if damaged or faulty)
We will reply with return instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 working days for your bank/card provider to process it.
EXCHANGES
We can exchange items that arrive faulty or damaged.
For a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers pay return postage unless the item is faulty.
Use a tracked service, as we cannot refund lost returns.
