PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are handmade and prepared with care.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch.
During busy periods (holidays, sales, launches), processing may extend to 7–10 business days.

UK SHIPPING

We ship all orders from within the UK.
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 48): 3–7 business days
Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24/48): 2–5 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to selected countries.
Europe: 7–12 business days
USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
Australia/NZ: 10–20 business days
Customs delays may extend these times.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracked shipping includes a tracking number sent via email after dispatch.
Standard (non-tracked) shipping does not include tracking.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Pretty & Plagued is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, incorrect addresses or weather.
If your parcel is delayed, email us and we will assist.

FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we can reship once the correct address is provided.
A reshipping fee may apply.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

A parcel is considered lost only after Royal Mail completes their investigation.
If you believe your parcel is lost, contact us at support@prettyandplagued.co.uk and we will investigate for you.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged, email support@prettyandplagued.co.uk with your order number and photos.
We will replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.
