Yes. If you choose tracked shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Standard shipping does not include tracking.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping as an optional extra. You can add it during checkout if you’d like your item beautifully wrapped for a special occasion.

We can make changes within the first 12 hours, but after that your item may already be in production.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging.
We cannot accept returns of custom items, personalised items (unless faulty), earrings (unless faulty), or gift cards.
